Pacific Affairs is a peer-reviewed, independent, and interdisciplinary scholarly journal focusing on important current political, economic and social issues throughout Asia and the Pacific. Each issue contains approximately five new articles and 40-50 book reviews. Published continuously as a quarterly since 1928 under the same name, it is the oldest English-language journal with a focus on Asia and the Pacific. It enjoys an international reputation based on the high quality of articles, and its extensive book reviews section.

Pacific Focus is published on behalf of the Center for International Studies, Inha University, South Korea. The Journal is a peer-reviewed and indexed and abstracted in the Social Sciences Citation Index, Social Scisearch, Journal Citation Reports/Social Sciences Edition. Pacific Focus' scope encompasses the wide range of research interests covering security, international political economy, regionalism, environment, migration, civil society, and multi-culturalism in the Asia-Pacific region. The journal represents neither particular approach nor methodology. Instead, it seeks to foster diverse perspectives, embracing all conceptual, normative, and empirical research of major sub-areas of regional political economy. Pacific Focus aims to stimulate and disseminate high quality research and scholarship of the Asia-Pacific region throughout the international academic community. Parliamentary Affairs is an established, peer-reviewed academic quarterly covering all the aspects of government and politics directly or indirectly connected with Parliament and parliamentary systems in Britain and throughout the world. The journal is published in partnership with the Hansard Society. The Society was created to promote parliamentary democracy throughout the world, a theme which is reflected in the pages of Parliamentary Affairs.

The Times Higher Education Supplement Parliamentary History provides a forum for current research and general interest articles covering the history of parliamentary institutions in the British Isles (including the Scottish and Irish Parliaments) from the Middle Ages to the Twentieth Century. The journal also encompasses legislatures of British colonies before independence, their origin, development and historical importance. Parliaments, Estates & Representation - Parlements, Etats et Representation is the journal of the International Commission for the History of Representative and Parliamentary Institutions (ICHRPI) - Commission internationale pour l'histoire des Assemblees d'Etats (CIHAE). The aims of the journal, as of the Commission, are to promote research into the origin, growth and development of representative and parliamentary institutions throughout the world in all periods. In particular, it encourages the study of the development of representative institutions in a wide and comparative way. It facilitates the international exchange of bibliographical information. It is concerned with the political theory and institutional practice of representation as well as with the internal organization, political culture and the social and political background to parliaments and assemblies of estates. Representative urban institutions and international parliamentary organizations also fall within its remit. The journal publishes scholarly articles covering the whole spectrum of the history of representative institutions up to the present day. The journal welcomes all contributions which fall within its field of interest, including papers presented at conferences of the ICHRPI. Articles may be submitted in English, French or German. Party Politics is a peer reviewed journal dedicated to the study of this integral component within political science. This major international journal provides a forum for the analysis of political parties, including their historical development, structure, policy programmes, ideology, electoral and campaign strategies, and their role within the various national and international political systems of which they are a part.

Pastoral Psychology is an international interdisciplinary forum for the publication of peer-reviewed original papers that discuss the work of caring for, understanding, and exploring human beings as persons, in families, in small groups, and in community. The journal brings the best of psychological, behavioral, social, and human sciences research into critical engagement with pastoral concerns (local, institutional, societal, political, international, and other). The journal thoughtfully examines and discusses pastoral care and counseling, pastoral theology, psychology of religion, and the multidimensional interface between psychology and religion/spirituality. All theoretical perspectives are welcome, including, but not limited to, psychoanalytic and other depth psychologies, experimental and empirical psychologies, humanistic psychology, transpersonal psychology, and cultural psychology. Insights from existential perspectives, gender studies, phenomenology, sociology, anthropology, and cultural studies are welcome. Theoretical contributions that have direct or indirect relevance for practice, broadly construed, are especially desirable, as our audience includes not only academics and scholars in religion and psychology, but also religious and spiritual leaders and others, such as chaplains, social workers, counselors, clinical psychologists, and psychiatrists. Pastoral Psychology welcomes scholarship and reflection from all religious and spiritual traditions. The journal publishes the timely work of recognized experts, but welcomes submissions from scholars and practitioners who are newer to their fields. In addition to research papers, the journal publishes thoughtful essays and book and film reviews.

Perspectives on Political Science publishes articles about political ideas and theories and encourages submissions from all disciplines that relate to the study of politics. Examples include essays on the state of the profession and on the application of social science concepts to the study of politics. Symposia are published from time to time on educational matters of interest to political scientists. Perspectives on Political Science also publishes two kinds of reviews: REVIEW ESSAYS8212; approximately 2,500 to 3,000 words8212;comparative overviews of appropriate literature on a signifcant theme; and BOOK REVIEWS8212;approximately 450 to 550 words8212;timely descriptions of recent publications in the social sciences.
