The aim of the International Journal of Computational Fluid Dynamics is the continuous and timely dissemination of new and innovative CFD research and developments. The Journal is a truly interdisciplinary forum for CFD, and publishes refereed papers on the latest advances in numerical methods in fluid dynamics and their applications to the aeronautics, hydrodynamics, environmental, and power and process fields. The Journal has a distinctive and balanced international contribution, with emphasis on papers dealing with efficient methods to produce accurate predictive numerical tools for flow analysis and design, and those promoting the understanding of the physics of fluid motion. Relevant and innovative practical and industrial applications, as well as those of an interdisciplinary nature, are strongly encouraged. All published research articles in this journal have undergone rigorous peer review, based on initial editor screening and anonymous refereeing by independent expert referses.
International Journal of Computer Integrated Manufacturing (IJCIM) is a journal of new knowledge, reporting research and applications underlining the opportunities and limitations of CIM in today's lifecycle-oriented, knowledge-based era of manufacturing. IJCIM has been enthusiastically received by the international manufacturing community and has become a key forum for academics and industrial researchers to exchange information and ideas. In response to this interest, IJCIM is published eight times a year, which enables the editors to target special issues on topics as diverse as service-oriented architectures, next generation manufacturing systems, wireless manufacturing and digital enterprise technologies, as well as focused issues covering regional research (such as in the EU Framework Programme) and international research programmes and initiatives.

Articles reflect the importance of computer modelling, as well as the development of human surrogates in impact simulation and prediction of vehicle and passenger response. Papers on impact biomechanics, covering human response, mechanics of injury and occupant protection in general, are also published. International Journal of Crashworthiness publishes both original research papers (full papers and short communications) and state-of-the-art reviews. For instance, new concepts have been effectively applied to characterize creep damage, low and high cycle fatigue damage, creep-fatigue interaction, brittle/elastics damage, ductile plastic damage, straing softening, strain-rate-sensitivity damage, impact damage, and other physical phenomena. The International Journal of Engineering Science is not limited to a specific aspect of science and engineering but is instead devoted to a wide range of subfields in the engineering sciences. While it encourages a broad spectrum of contribution in the engineering sciences, its core interest lies in issues concerning material modeling and response. Articles of interdisciplinary nature are particularly welcome.The primary goal of the new editors is to maintain high quality of publications. There will be a commitment to expediting the time taken for the publication of the papers. The articles that are sent for reviews will have names of the authors deleted with a view towards enhancing the objectivity and fairness of the review process.Articles that are devoted to the purely mathematical aspects without a discussion of the physical implications of the results or the consideration of specific examples are discouraged. Articles concerning material science should not be limited merely to a description and recording of observations but should contain theoretical or quantitative discussion of the results.From time to time, the Journal will publish review articles and bring out special issues on a specific sub-field of engineering science. Authors are encouraged to contact the Editors if they would like to submit a review article or bring out a special issue of the Journal.The Editors reserve the right to reject papers without sending them out for review.
