Emphasizing computational methods and theoretical studies, this unique journal invites articles on neutral-particle transport, kinetic theory, radiative transfer, charged-particle transport, and macroscopic transport phenomena.  In addition, the journal encourages articles on uncertainty quantification related to these fields. Offering a range of information and research methodologies unavailable elsewhere, Journal of Computational and Theoretical Transport brings together closely related mathematical concepts and techniques to encourage a productive, interdisciplinary exchange of ideas.
 
All submitted manuscripts are subject to initial appraisal by the Editor, and if found suitable for further consideration, will be peer-reviewed by independent and anonymous expert referees. All peer review is single blind and submission is online via  ScholarOne Manuscripts.

The Journal of Computer Assisted Learning is an international peer-reviewed journal which covers the whole range of uses of information and communication technology to support learning and knowledge exchange. It aims to provide a medium for communication among researchers as well as a channel linking researchers, practitioners, and policy makers. JCAL is also a rich source of material for research students in areas such as collaborative learning, knowledge engineering, open, distance and networked learning, developmental psychology, and evaluation. Research themes are treated in a way which will maximise their influence on theory and practice in the learning sciences, in education, vocational training, and professional development. Each volume includes one, sometimes two, Special Issues and these provide readers with an in-depth perspective on a specific topic. First published in 1985, JCAL continues to have the aim of making the outcomes of contemporary research and experience accessible. During this period there have been major technological advances offering new opportunities and approaches in the use of a wide range of technologies to support learning and knowledge transfer more generally. Pour bénéficier de cette prise en charge, déclarez les "Hospices Civils de Lyon" dans votre affiliation principale et utilisez votre adresse mail "@chu-lyon.fr" lors de la soumission de votre article.

ATTENTION:

  • Si l'éditeur vous demande de sélectionner la licence applicable, privilégiez la licence CC-BY à toutes autres.
  • Pour les revues non éligibles, dont The Lancet et les revues Cell Press, ou en cas d’épuisement du stock de droits, la publication en accès ouvert immédiat devient payante mais notez qu'elle est optionnelle ; le tarif bénéficie dans ce cas d’une remise de 10%.
