This peer-reviewed journal provides a clinically oriented forum for investigating and treating sexually transmissible infections, HIV and AIDS. Contributors from around the world promote activities aimed at research, prevention and control of these infections. The journal contains in-depth editorial reviews, original articles and research, short papers, case reports, audit reports and CPD papers. There is also a lively correspondence column, a book review section, and news from the genitourinary medicine associations.

Intervirology'' covers progress in both basic and clinical virus research, and aims to provide a forum for the various disciplines within virology. Issues publishing original papers alternate with thematic issues, focusing on clearly defined topics. This thematic concentration serves to make timely reviews, research reports and controversy easily accessible to both specialists in the field and those who want to keep track of the latest developments outside their own area of interest. In addition to original papers, regular issues publish short communications and letters to the editor to provide readers with a forum for the exchange of ideas and comments. The scope encompasses work on the molecular biology of animal viruses, including genome organization and regulation, and the structure and function of viral proteins. The pathogenesis, immunology, diagnosis, epidemiology, prophylaxis and therapy of viral diseases are considered.

Iranian Journal of Parasitology (IJP) is the official publication of Iranian Society of Parasitology (ISP) launched in 2006. The society was inaugurated in 1994 and pursues the improvement of the knowledge on the parasites and parasitic diseases, exchange of scientific knowledge with foreign societies, publicity activities, and consultation on the parasitic diseases, and intimate relationship among society members. IJP is supported and published by Tehran University of Medical Sciences and Health Services and appears quarterly.

Il comporte 4 numéros par an comprenant des articles originaux, des revues générales, de courtes communications, des cas cliniques, des notes techniques, des lettres à l'éditeur et diverses informations. Les sujets traités concernent notamment les aspects cliniques , diagnostiques, épidémiologiques, immunologiques, médicaux, pathologiques, prophylactiques ou thérapeutiques des mycoses. The subjects treated are focused in particular on clinical, diagnostic, epidemiological, immunological, medical, pathological, preventive or therapeutic aspects of mycoses. Also covered are basic aspects linked primarily with morphology (electronic and photonic microscopy), physiology, biochemistry, cellular and molecular biology, immunochemistry, genetics, taxonomy or phylogeny of pathogenic or opportunistic fungi and actinomycetes in humans or animals.
