Journal of Cheminformatics is an open access journal publishing original peer-reviewed research in all aspects of cheminformatics and molecular modelling.

The Journal of Computing and Information Science in Engineering publishes archival research results and advanced technical applications. Topics Include: Solid and Geometric Modeling; Computational geometry; Reverse Engineering; Virtual Environments and Haptics; Tolerance Modeling and Computational Metrology; Rapid Prototyping; Internet-Aided Design, Manufacturing and Commerce; Information Models and Ontologies for Engineering Applications; PDM/Enterprise Information Management; AI/Knowledge Intensive CAD/CAM; Engineering Simulation and Visualization , including FEA and Meshing; CreativeIT; and Computational Algorithms/Software Development for mechanical product development.

JDR is an interdisciplinary journal, emphasising human aspects as a central issue of design through integrative studies of social sciences and design disciplines. Originally published as an electronic journal publishing articles including multimedia applications and hence allowing visual knowledge transfer, it is now also available in print.

Journal of Mathematics and the Arts is a peer reviewed journal that focuses on connections between mathematics and the arts. It publishes articles of interest for readers who are engaged in using mathematics in the creation of works of art, who seek to understand art arising from mathematical or scientific endeavors, or who strive to explore the mathematical implications of artistic works. The term 8221;art8221; is intended to include, but not be limited to, two and three dimensional visual art, architecture, drama (stage, screen, or television), prose, poetry, and music. The Journal welcomes mathematics and arts contributions where technology or electronic media serve as a primary means of expression or are integral in the analysis or synthesis of artistic works. The following list, while not exhaustive, indicates a range of topics that fall within the scope of the Journal:8226; Artists' descriptions providing mathematical context, analysis, or insight about their work;8226; The exposition of mathematics intended for interdisciplinary mathematics and arts educators and classroom use;8226; Mathematical techniques and methodologies of interest to practice-based artists;8226; Critical analysis or insight concerning mathematics and art in historical and cultural settings.The Journal also features exhibition reviews, book reviews, and correspondence relevant to mathematics and the arts.Listen to an interview with the Journal's Editor Gary Greenfield. The Journal of Mechanical Design communicates original contributions of permanent interest on all aspects of the design of mechanical systems, primarily in the form of articles of considerable depth. The Journal also publishes technical briefs, design innovation papers, discussions of published papers with rebuttal, book reviews, and editorials.

The Journal of Molecular Graphics and Modelling is devoted to the publication of papers on the uses of computers in theoretical investigations of molecular structure, function, interaction, and design. The scope of the journal includes all aspects of molecular modeling and computational chemistry, including, for instance, the study of molecular shape and properties, molecular simulations, protein and polymer engineering, drug design, materials design, structure-activity and structure-property relationships, database mining, and compound library design.As a primary research journal, JMGM seeks to bring new knowledge to the attention of our readers. As such, submissions to the journal need to not only report results, but must draw conclusions and explore implications of the work presented. Authors are strongly encouraged to bear this in mind when preparing manuscripts. Routine applications of standard modelling approaches, providing only very limited new scientific insight, will not meet our criteria for publication. Reproducibility of reported calculations is an important issue. Wherever possible, we urge authors to enhance their papers with Supplementary Data, for example, in QSAR studies machine-readable versions of molecular datasets or in the development of new force-field parameters versions of the topology and force field parameter files.JMGM is published in association with two of the largest and most active professional societies in the field: the Molecular Graphics and Modelling Society (MGMS) and the Computers in Chemistry (COMP) Division of the American Chemical Society. Several thousand computational chemists worldwide belong to these two societies and any research topic that may of interest to the membership is within the wide scope of the journal.
